Week 3: Buy/Sell Column

Twitter: @FF_Worm

Week three is officially in the books and it was a wild one. There were plenty of fantasy points scored and while some were expected, many, were not. Which players are for real? And which just had a fluke week? Will the booms come back down to Earth? Will the duds stay down in the dumps? This is the third article of the weekly buy and sell series. This series will take a look at some players we should be buying and others we should be selling.

  • Stefon Diggs – WR Buffalo Bills

Barely getting by as a wide receiver two in PPR leagues, Stefon Diggs has surprised a lot of fantasy players with his lack of production. Recording only one touchdown on the year and failing to pass 70 yards in a game, Diggs is a screaming buy.

The offense has not changed since last year when he had his league-winning season. Diggs is tied for sixth in the league with 31 targets. This is a sign that big things are on the way. With quarterback Josh Allen showing no signs of regression, I expect Diggs to get back to his 2020 ways.

Last season, he recorded at least 90 yards in 10 games, while averaging eight receptions in every game. It is only a matter of time until things turn around for this star-wide receiver and the buy window will slam shut. Take advantage of what others may perceiver as regression. Go buy Diggs before it’s too late.
